Tali joined Indigo in 2006 and has maintained a Washington broker’s license since 2007. During her time at Indigo, Tali has filled numerous roles within the organization including: Investment Manager, Compliance Director and Business Manager. In her current role, Tali leads the affordable housing portfolio which includes broad oversight of Investment Managers, compliance, and Indigo training as it relates to property operations.

Tali has experience managing multifamily assets in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Georgia and Indiana. Under Tali’s leadership as Compliance Director, Indigo’s compliance department received the Proud Partner Award from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Tali has also been recognized as an industry leader receiving several personal awards most notably, the Washington Multifamily Housing Association Emerald Award for Portfolio Manager of the Year. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®), EIV Coordinator, holds a C3P® designation from Spectrum and is currently working towards earning her CPM®. Tali is an active member of the Affordable Housing Management Association, IREM, and was previously a member of the Management Advisory Board for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. She has been a presenter at the Rental Housing Management conference and tradeshow TRENDS and volunteers regularly within the community. She is a graduate of Randolph College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Asian Studies and Japanese language.
