Angie began her career in property management twenty‐eight years ago, working on‐site for Goodman Financial Services (now Pinnacle) leasing up new apartment developments. She spent ten years as a regional property manager for HSC Real Estate in Seattle, where she managed a diverse portfolio including mid‐rise, garden‐style and affordable housing properties totaling over 4,200 units.

She spent more than eight years with Glacier Real Estate Services, a regional firm based in Seattle, where she was a founding principal and designated broker. She managed a portfolio of 1,700 units including luxury high‐rise and mid‐rise  buildings  to  garden‐style  and  affordable  housing  properties.  Her  portfolio  included two mid‐rise projects that won National Association of Home Builders Pillars of the  Industry  Awards  in  2004,  the  Epicenter  in  Seattle,  won  two ‐  Best  Multifamily  Community of the Year and Best Mixed‐Use Community of the Year and Thea’s Landing in  Tacoma  won  Best  Luxury  Rental  Community  Primary  Market.

In  2008,  she  sold  her  share of the company to her business partners and took a break from property management. She spent three years as the affordable housing coordinator for San Juan County, where she managed the County’s affordable housing funds and programs. Angie returned to the property management field in 2011 as regional vice president for ConAm Management, a national company based in San Diego. She was responsible for overseeing  operations  in  Washington  and  Oregon,  including  over  4,000  units  of  multifamily residential and mixed‐use assets. With her extensive lease‐up and pre‐development experience, she was instrumental in helping the company with successful acquisitions and developments in the Seattle and Portland markets. She was with ConAm for over four years.

Angie  joined  Indigo  Real  Estate  Services  in  February  2016  as  an  investment  manager  overseeing a portfolio of properties in Washington and Montana. Angie holds a Certified Property Manager designation (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington.
