Karen Sexton | Investment Manager
Karen Sexton has over 20 years of property management experience. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®) and holds both the STAR® (Rural Development) and C3P (National Tax Credit) designations from Spectrum. Karen currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Board of Washington (AHMA). She specializes in managing assets with complicated funding programs including LIHTC, HOME, and Bond financed properties.
Her previous positions include Compliance Director, Portfolio Manager, and Community Manager. Karen is also a HUD and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) Coordinator and MINC Management Agent for Rural Development.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon where she majored in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business Administration.
