I lived at an Indigo property for two years and had a great experience. Beyond the building being clean, beautiful, and with the amenities I most want (doggy relief station, parking, cool rooftop), the highlight was absolutely the building manager, who is kind, prompt, and always on it. My pup and I loved living here and we had friendly neighbors (human and dog!)

Love where I live. The management company really cares about the residents. Whenever I email, they respond right away. They also host events that are free so we can meet our neighbors, or just hang out. They are not one of those big companies who are robots. You can tell the staff like what they do and who they work for. I’ve lived in some other apartments managed by other companies and don’t honestly think I can go back.

I have lived in several Indigo communities over the years and the service has been nothing but spectacular. The manager, leasing folks and maintenance team members are quick to respond and treat me and my neighbors with the highest levels of respect. Our previous building sold, new management took over, and the community feeling seemed to slowly fade with time. I sought out another Indigo community and now live in SLU - best decision ever.
